Important Notice Regarding Solid Waste and Recycling Pick Up. Effective January 1, 2019 the City of Washington Solid Waste and Recycling Collector will be County Hauling. Solid Waste pick-up will occur 4 days a week so it is imperative that you know which date your trash will be collected.  All City Residences were mailed a post card from County Hauling informing residents of their new solid waste and recycling pick-up dates.
